Downgrade

HI,

Due to my price plan going up twice in two months i feel the "cost vs use" is too much.

If i call and downgrade my package, will i need to do a new contract. My 18 months  runs out in May?

I also  feel that TIvo box is too slow and makes too much noise. I have a 18yr old computer that is quieter. The tv service is poor and non HD CHANNELS  are bad. Might need to go back to SKY for the tv service.

Thanks

James

Re: Downgrade

If you're in contract, then you have (I think) 30 days from any announced price rises to exercise your right to leave.

Whether you're able to downgrade mid-contract or not after that period has expired, I'm not sure, however I would be surprised if at the very least you didn't end up with another 18mth contract.

Best thing you can do is talk to Retentions.
