It keeps getting stuck at Starting up... are they any suggestions please?

I'm sorry to hear that your TiVo® isn't behaving as it should lately, I can see you have an engineer booked to call round and check this out. This is great to see.

Thank you, I'm going to cancel the engineer first thing on monday as I have now sorted out the problem. I had to get a new tivo as the hard drive stopped working, so everything is working fine now.
