I am absolutely disgusted by the service received from the company. I continuously have to reset the wifi hub and now the TiVo box has crashed and a new one ordered. I pay just over £92 a month for this terrible service.
Upon calling and speaking to a representative, I was told that their hands are tied by the company with how much discount can be applied for the terrible service received.
Sure there is something that can be done to stop me from going to Sky for a better and a lot cheaper service with all channels included ?

I am sorry to read that you have had some problems with the Hub and TiVo. I've been into the account and It's clear to see that ther is an issue on one or more boxes in the home.
