Disconnect TiVo box and smart hub

Have been sent packaging and instructions to return box and hub. It states that capping off wall socket is very important but they only included one silver cap. Text suggests there should be only one wall socket - in fact I have one for TiVo and separate one for super hub. Any thoughts? Not sure who within this Byzantine organisation to contact. Taa.
