Device not supported

Hi, I am able to watch live TV on the Virgin TV anywhere app on my laptop but whenever I try and watch sky sports or movies it now says my device is not registered or supported even though it use to work and the virgin TV anywhere still recognises me as  device and works, but not the sky apps.

Can some please help thanks?

Thanks for your post and welcome to the forums. It's great to have you here. Smiley Happy

 

The TV Anywhere and Sky platforms are separate and therefore not synced so any changes made to one, also need to be made to the other. 
 
You can manage the devices you have registered for use with the Sky platform by going to anywhere.virginmedia.com > My Profile > Sky Movies & Sky Sports. 
 
What make and model device are you trying to use with the Sky apps?
