Demand and Catch up unavailability

Hi, I have had my Virgin media connected today however, catch-up and demand states its unavailable and I should try again in a few minutes...it's been like this all day!

Any advice would be appreciated!

Thanks for your post and apologies to hear that you are having an issue with your Catch Up and On Demand service so soon after connection. 

 

It's worth noting that it can take up to 24 hours for everything to update on a new TiVo®. 

 

How have things been since you posted?
