Just phoned up to report a fault on my TV. After listening to a machine for several minutes and, when I finally got through, I first informed the 'person' at the other end that I was partially deaf, and would struggle to hear - they cut me off!!!

I have taken a look at your box remotely, although all looks ok at present with the signal and power levels, I'd like to arrange for an engineer to call round and check all the equipment out for you.
