Credit Where Its Due

Would just like to thank the staff at VM they are delivering me a great service , far better than i would get at Sky ot BT . So thanks im so happy with Tivo that i get in my house i have 2 boxes and have never had a problem with either box , or phone line come to think of it ,,

I noticed that you dont seem to get much praise in the forum so just thought i would drop a line or two ..

must say I have 2 tivo's  v+ BB and phone and very very seldom is there a problem. 

Makes me think a lot of the faults are user error

Makes me think you have just been very very lucky.  I can assure you in 90% of the cases reported on here, particularly in relation to OD issues, slow Tivo boxes and random deletions it is not user error!!
