Crashing TiVo box

At 7am for the last 3 mornings my TiVo box has crashed.  All the red lights show up on the front and then it crashes.  On a couple of occasions it has crashed whilst rebooting.

is there anything I can do to stop this?  Anyone know the cause?

I'm sorry to hear that you're getting these disruptions on the TiVo® lately.  I'll be happy to help check this out for you.

I have carried out some checks with the box remotely and it does look like there's a signal problem that needs taking care of.  I will arrange for an engineer to call round for you.

I have been getting the same problem, only at about 8am every morning.
It is most annoying!

Thanks for your reply. Yes, I did have the problem today (and yesterday), although curiously I did not notice it over the weekend.

I am currently looking into this as I have seen a handful of reports of boxes rebooting at specific times daily.  I am currently in touch with a faults team who are looking into this.  Can I ask you to confirm that on the mini guide the time is correct?  

I just want to rule this out if that's ok?

Yes the time is OK on the guides. I have also noted that the crash happened at 7:58am yesterday and today. I didn't take a precise note the previous day's, but it was certainly at about that time.
