Constant message displayed on screen

I missed my payment so have got a suspended service. I am unable to pay my bill until tomorrow. I am trying to watch the limited channels I have available to me but there is a constant message moving around the screen every 5-10 seconds that says " sorry there seems to be a problem. To fix please call on 150 from your Virgin media phone or 0345 454 1111 from any other phone... Also has a 4 digit number in the bottom right hand side that is 7403.. How do I get rid of this floating message so I can watch my tele?? Someone please help

I just wanted to pop by and see how things are today.  Are you still getting this error message on your screen?

I'd like to welcome you to the forums and say that I'm sorry to hear that you're also getting this error message, and would have to ask you to give us a call on 150 or 0345 454 1111 so we would be able to look into this further for you and let you know the reason behind it.

Hi virgin know that we always pay on last day of the month but still insist on cutting us off early even after the poor service we get from them. So how do I get rid of error message 7403

It's not possible for services to be 'cut off early' as there is always a due date for the account to be paid.

Joking aside, why don'y you get them to change the payment date?

It's possible that the Tivo box itself is not free of any charges.
