Connection Error (7011)

Dear All

We have just received a TiVo box and when we start it up,the above-mentioned error keeps appearing. Any idea what the problem is?

Hi Ingrid, 

 

Thank you for coming in and posting for the first time, welcome into the Community Smiley Happy

 

 

Looks like the self install needs to have the right bit and bobs. With everything plugged in and cables in the right place I'd like to ask if the Ethernet is directly placed into the rear of the TiVo. If there is already one connected, can you temporarily disconnect the Ethernet cable?

You can reconnect it once the TiVo installation is complete.
