I am totally disgusted with the service being received.
Yet again there is a fault with the TiVo box, freezing in the middle of recordings. This is the second box and again is failing. I'm continuously having to reset the internet hub, I was promised a new hub months ago, I'm still waiting !!
Why am I paying £70 a month for an awful service and to be fobbed off when calling 150 for help?
I want a reply within 48hours or I will be taking this matter up with the ombudsman and seeking legal advice.
What can you do for me to resolve this major issue?
