Communication error 7011

I have connected the new TiVo box as per instructions and tried to set up, but got stuck on Configuring IP Connection. I get the message: Connection error 7011. Tried few times but always the same message. Can you help please? Thanks, jacmanham

Welcome to the Community, I'm massively sorry to learn about the problems you're experiencing with your new TiVo box.

 

I've been able to locate your account and run some tests on it from our end and I can see the box as online and functional so I hope that means things are working as they should on your end?
