We keep getting the error code C501 when trying to access on demand on our TiVo box.
I have read another post regarding this and have followed the advised instructions regarding "3 account in good standing" and the connection set up and it all is OK, however I am still getting this error code when trying to access movies (Sky cinema) via on demand.
