I've been able to run testing to your TiVo via your Forum details and the test shows that the TiVo is currently offline. Please leave the box powered on between 8am and 12pm tomorrow so that I can rerun the diagnostic testing.
If the box is connected and powered on, then I will need more information from you so an engineer appointment can be arranged. I'll send you a private message requesting further details so that I can arrange an appointment for you. Just check the purple envelope at the top right of this page.
