Hi, we just turned on the Tivo after a two week break and the Channel guide shows no information. Each channel just says To be announced.
I've tried resetting the Tivo and reconnecting to Virgin Media but it's still the same.

All working as normal now, thanks to the helpful phone support team.
All it need was reconnecting to Virgin Media.
I had already tried the fix myself before calling but it failed as I didn't expect it to take up to four hours.
