I have channels that cannot be watched because pixelation is so bad. All connections have been checked & iv tried switching off & on but tv is still the same. Do I need to book an engineer to check my TiVo box.
I am sorry to learn about some pixelation issues you've had recently. After having a look at the box and running tests, I can see there are some issues that would need to be looked at and adjusted by and engineer.
