Channels missing - no signal

Hi there

for the past few days some channels are missing, message on screen is 'no signal'. Two of the channels affected are SyFy HD (165) & Comedy Central HD (181) - is there a local problem?

btw - service status says there is no tv problems in my area

Just noticed that it shows a error code
'Error code W02'

Exact same problem for the same days. Support only said to wait 24 hours which has not helped. Since this is affecting more than one person it is pretty strange they have not fixed it.

Phoned it in this morning (Sunday) - its a signal to noise problem and needs a engineer who is coming early next week. Smiley Happy
btw the channels affected were SyFy, Comedy Central, Alibi & TCM - all in HD.
