Channel graphics but no pictures or sound

I have restarted the TiVo box several times and checked local status. Still no picture or sound but I do have menus and channel graphics, please help

The is a typical "handshake" issue between the TiVO & the TV, & is a symptom of the HDCP content protection system not recognising the connected equipment as a TV.

Try another HDMI lead, & another socket  (if there is one on the TV) berfore calling faults.

Welcome to the Community, I'm sorry to learn about the problems you're experiencing with your TV service recently.
