Hi. Channel 5HD is pixellated on my TiVo. The problem started about a week ago. I have checked all cables are connected ok and rebooted the box numerous times.
As a side note, Channel 5HD is also unavailable on my second HD Box. The picture isn't pixelated but I am getting an error 3202 message advising that this channel isn't available right now. All other HD channels on both boxes are ok.
My service status page won't load as Virgin are carrying out maintenance to their website and the technical team aren't open until tomorrow morning when I'm at work so I can't easily call. Can someone offer any advice.
