For the past 3 days have been getting 319 error on channel 5 on demand on my tivo box. Not listed in known errors for area - other on demand channels are. really annoying that it's been the same for the past 3 days

Sorry to hear you're having trouble with your On Demand.
I've sent a signal hit to your box to try and fix the issue. All I need you to do is reboot the box. To do this, just switch the box off at the mains, leave it off for a minute then switch it back on.
Once it's booted back up, try the On Demand again for me.
