Channel 4 recording issues

I am having issues with pixellation/picture breakup on Ch 4 recordings. I am new and so the system has only been recently installed. The picture is fine for 10 minutes but then degrades. I have tried a restart but no luck. Anything I can do?

Most likely a signal adjustment needs - quickest way to get it fixed is to call it in

Thanks Owzat. I thought I'd need to speak to Virgin directly. Maybe you can help me navigate through the customer service lines. It's been a bit of an issue speaking to a human being ! What's the best number, would you know? Many thanks for the prompt reply

150 from a Virgin phone (home or mobile)

 

You want the  TV services  -  faults   -  options

Thnaks for the guidance Owzat. Virgin did a test down the line and say it could be a Hard Drive issue. Engineer booked. Thanks again
