I've noticed it for some time but it has got worse lately:
on BT Sport channels the picture often freezes or pixelates (this is whilst watching live TV)
and on FX channel that I record 'The Walking Dead' on playback the pixilation and freezing is really bad losing a few seconds sometimes of program/sound.
I have rebooted my TiVo box but this has not fixed the problem.
I'm not sure if my TiVo box requires a signal booster as the main cable comes in through my upstairs and goes into the normal box and then downstairs to my TiVo box using my old Sky cabling that the installer said would be fine to re-use? I'm really not sure if I've ever not had some sort of slight pixelating etc as it happened in the first few weeks and I was told this is to be expected while it all settles down?
And thanks for confirming leads are checked and all is well ventilated. I have taken a look at your box remotely and all signal levels are fine at present.
I have detected a high level of T3 time-outs since the box was last rebooted. Can you please reboot the TiVo® and let me know when this has been done? Once the TiVo® has been rebooted and refreshed I will re-check the box to see if the T3 time-out count re-occurs again.
