Catchup All4 Walter

In Catchup all4 all I get is 7 days a week - how do I get into Walter Presents?

Yes that's right it's 7 days of Catch Up although you may be able to search different categories if you go in to the app.

 

You can find this by going to - 

 

Home - On Demand - Channel.

My Home/On demand doesn't have a Channel option, should it?

Hi Gary

 

When you select a category (e.g Box sets/movies) just scroll to the bottom and you'll see the option for 'Channels'.

thanks Craig,

I've got that and there are lots of Box Sets but this doesn't seem to include the All4 Walter selection. I'm beginning to think that perhaps I can't get these through the Tivo box, very odd as Channel 4 advertise them as part of ALL4. Any other suggestions would be appreciated or anyone at Virgin I can talk to, I've tried the normal phone help and got nowhere,

If they're not on the selection for Channel 4 then they wouldn't be available through your TiVo box unfortunately.

Well, that's a bit poor.  I sat and got quite engrossed in Valkyrien last night only to find that the remaining episodes are on All4 which, apparently, is not available via Tivo.  Considering I pay a lot of money each month for the Full House package, I really don't think that's good enough, VirginMedia . . . .  perhaps I'll have to investigate changing to Sky.

yes, I agree, it is crap. I gave up a while ago so have to watch Walter Presents through my laptop!!

I had similar problems with trying to watch Valyrien episodes.

(Other family members using Sky and BBC get it without a problem.)

After a wasted afternoon with the Virgin 'Helpline' in India and being assured that after re-setting my account I would have all the episodes - it may take 4 hours to implement , they said !

What a load of hogwash - I can get the episodes on my p.c. but what is the point of having a fancy Tivo box when I can't access what is a mainstream UK channel - All4.

Come on Virgin Media - what are we paying you for ?
