Catch up service through Tivo box

I have been unable to use the Catch up service through my Tivo box as it has been coming up as unavailable for days now. Can someone help me to rectify this problem please.

I have checked your TiVo® box and the signals are looking good so please let me know if you still have a loss of Catch Up.
