Catch up, on demand and most importantly Netflix not working properly!

I have called customer services 5 times to no avail. 

 

I do do not have a roof aerial so cable is my only option. For the past few weeks the access to catch up and on demand has been unreliable and Netflix freezes at 25% frequently during a show. It can happen every 5minutes - really lucky if you get to watch a half hour show.

 

So far totally disgusted with the lack of help from virginmedia. I am paying for both these services and not receiving a satisfactory result. One customer service agent told me they were upgrading to meet greater demand - not the best idea if you can't meet the demand of the current customer base - and suggest the fault may be sorted by the end of September.

 

Can someone please help?

How do you watch netflix or your catch services are they are running on your Tivo or on your other devices ?

No, they don't work on the other devices properly either. Have been informed that the wireless connection keeps dropping.
