Catch up not working

Hi we were having trouble with our Tivo box and eventually were sent a new one . It has been working OK but we have just come back from a week away and my wife wanted to watch something on catch up and catch up is not working . My son who has been here while we have been away said that its been like it all week .After the trouble we had with the previous box this has not gone down well . Any ideas whats wrong please

Sorry to learn you've been having problems with the On Demand.

 

When I try to connect to the TiVo® box I am encountering errors with the signal so what I would like to do next is to arrange for a technician to look at this for you.

 

I'm just going to send you a private message with appointment times which you will find if you click on the purple envelope at the top right of the screen.
