Catch up not working

Hi, can't watch catch up or on demand, a message displaying "Network availability (c130) is being displayed on "home" menu, Tried to reset TiVo box but same problem still present... any ideas??? thanks

I hope this has resolved but if it hasn't then I'll need to take a closer look so could you send me a private message with the address/telephone number and the full name on the account as I'm unable to locate your details.
