Catch up not working

On demand has stopped working on my tivo box been off for around 5 days

Are you getting an error?

Thank you for coming in and posting about the On Demand, I'm sorry to read this hasn't been working for quite a few days.

 

I have been into the account and I have seen that there are some T3 timeouts that would give the impression of an issue. I would like to ask if you can reboot the box and let me know, so I may keep an eye on this for you.
