Catch up not been available for a few days now

I have not been able to use catch up for a few days now, although the TV service is fine.

I have checked system info and it is, 3 Account in good standing.

I have done Network-Connect to VM service.

I have switched off for 10 mins at the mains and also rebooted through the help settings.

Still catch up is unavailable

Any tips which I have missed before I ring CS?

Still no catch up or on demand in spite of VM sending messages to the contrary.

VM know there has been a major problem, why not come clean and apologise to it's loyal customers.

If it is not sorted soon then I will have no option but to go with you know who, as painful as it may be.

Thanks for your post and apologies to hear you are having an issue watching your Catch Up and On Demand content. Smiley Sad

 

How have things been since you posted? Apologies by the way for the time it's taken for us to reach your post. We've been a little behind lately and are playing catch up. 

 

Checking the account, there is no fault registered for the Catch Up and On Demand service and your box stats look good too. If you are still having an issue, pop back here and let us know so we can run through some further diagnostics Smiley Happy
