Recently when watching a programme on Catch up, the picture freezes. Only solution is to cancel totally and try again. Very annoying to say the least !

* Does this happen on every programme you order?
* If it's an intermittent issue, does this happen at specific times of the day?
* Does it affect a particular channel?
