Catch up etc not available

Due to a late payment we had our service suspended - understood. But that was a week ago and we still cannot get Catch up or any of those services - it keeps saying there is a cable unplugged - which it is not.  Virgin prices are so high and the Catch up service is part of this service - I bet I won't get any refund will I?  How do I get the service fully resumed asap?

Welcome to the Community Forum and thanks for your post. I'm sorry to hear that you are experiencing a problem with your TV service and Catch Up TV. Has this been sorted out for you?
