Catch up and on demand

We have the xl package but there just doesn't seem to be availability for catch up and on demand.  You can go back weeks with Sky and it's all there, why can't Virgin have the same capability?

Hi there Simand, 

Thank you for your post. Our Catch Up service on the TiVo® network will hold shows for 7 days, however we have agreed with some suppliers to have shows appear for longer. For example the iPlayer app, will keep shows for up to 30 days, and other channels will also extend the time scales on shows, however this content would not be found when searching through Catch Up TV. 

There is an extensive catalogue of shows in our On Demand section, shows that are in there are under licence from the suppliers, so the time that they will appear is determined by the agreement that we have with the suppliers. 

If you are looking for a particular show, why not do a search by using the following button sequence on your remote control. 

Home>Catch Up>Search Catch Up and On Demand

This will go through all that we have on offer.

This isn't really helpful, as you still don't have the availability as sky does,  why not?
