Catch up and on demand unavailable

Hi

I received a new TiVo box a couple of days ago and installed it yesterday morning. However I am finding everytime I got to catch up or on demand I get the message;

"On demand/catch up is temporarily unavailable. Please try again in a few minutes."

Can anyone advise a way to fix this issue?

Hello Dale2,

 

Sorry to hear you're experiencing issues with your On Demand service and I would like to welcome you to the community.

 

I would like to take a look into this for you but I will need to gain access to your account so if you click on the purple envelope at the top right of your screen you will see a message waiting for you requesting further details.
