Catch up and on demand are not working c130 error

Having had virgin tv installed 10 days ago the catch up and on demand are still greyed out on the box and error with c130. Can any body assist with this issue.

I have this same problem; had Virgin installed on Thursday, and nothing but trouble!  6 visits from engineers, and though internet now works off and on, TV on demand and catch up sometimes don't work at all and sometimes give me sound but no picture.  Any chance Collette can help with this?
