Hi my Catch Up and On Demand has been unavailable since my instillation. How do I fix this issue?

I would like to know how you are connecting your TiVo to the internet, is this over WiFi or through an Ethernet connection?
If possible, please can you connect with an Ethernet to your Hub and retest?
