Catch up TV error 6167/vm1

For some reason I keep receiving this message when I try to watch catch up! Tried resetting tivo box and done nothing

I'm sorry to hear that you're getting this error when using Catch Up.  I'd like to help check this out for you, as I know how annoying this fault can be when you're trying to get up to date with your favourite shows.

Can you please reply with the following information:

*  Name of the programme you're trying to order.

*  Is it in HD or SD?

*  Does this happen on just 1 programme or multiple programmes?

*  Does this happen on 1 channel like BBC? or across different channels?

*  Does this happen every time you use the Catch Up, or do you find it happens at certain times of the day?

If you can let me know I can help further.

I was trying to watch the only way is Essex,

It happens on everything I try to watch but then let's me play them anyway then stops working again?

Thanks for your reply Allanahwatson,

I will need to escalate this to our network teams in order to investigate.  So we can investigate this as quickly as possible can you please reply with the following information:

* For the 'Only Way is Essex' can you specify which series and episode you were trying to watch?

* Programme in SD or HD?  

* What channel is the programme form?

* What time did you last attempt to order the programme?

If you have more than 1 example to offer that would be super.  

Keep me posted and I'll get this escalated to our network team to work on.
