Catch up TV, Netflix and console problems

Why can we not watch catch up TV and Netflix and why do my boys games consoles keep losing connection? Not impressed that we are paying for to, phone and broadband and it not working. Tried to phone but no one answers after all the automated information has been entered!

Hi Zombieman,

Are you using the new TV6 box?

Which version of the Virgin Media super hub do you have?

Are your boys games consoles connected via Wi-Fi?

Certain versions of the latest SuperHub had issues with the intel chipset built in to them on how they handle traffic which causes wi-fi disconnections and dropouts, intel are currently working on a firmware upgrade for these hubs.

The best way to test would be connect one of the games consoles via Ethernet cable and test that way, then that could perhaps point towards the problem i mention above.
