Catch up C4

Hi

I've been trying to watch '3 wives 1 husband' which was on Channel 4 last night but after I put in my PIN it says 'Temporarily not working and I should try again in a few minutes' Thats been happening since this morning Smiley Sad It's strange because all the other programs works incl. on Channel 4 it's just that one program. An idea why?

Sounds like there may of been a fault with this program so have you been able to watch it now? Are there any error messages?

Channel four not working at all on catch up at the moment.
"Says on demand is temporarily unavailable please try again in a few minutes"
But been like this for a fair time now.

Thanks for getting back to let me know.

 

Which way are you trying to access Channel 4 On Demand? And are you able to watch content that's on another On Demand channel?

 

I have sent a signal to the box so please reboot and let me know if there's any change please.

Hi trying through TiVo search, only seems to be channel four. Still saying unavailable.
Just tried again through channels then Monday and got a (C501) error.
You say you've sent a signal to my box do i need to reboot it?

Just tried again through channels then by day same issue. I have rebooted, sorry about previous reply missed the reboot instruction😉

Thanks for rebooting.

 

Are you seeing a Network Availability error message on your home screen and is there a green light flashing on the front of your box?

 

Next I would like to try a forced connection please.

 

You can do this by going to  - 

 

Home - Help & Settings - Settings - Network - Connect to Virgin Media Service.

 

You will then see another screen pop up which will go through different stages, you don't need to keep this on your screen so if you press the TV button at the top right of your Virgin remote it will remove everything off the screen and continue to work in the background which can take up to one hour to complete. 

 

Please let me know how you get on.

Thanks for replies.
I am not getting any messages on home screen and no flashing green lights.
I will now have to try the other suggestion tomorrow. I won't get the opportunity tonight.

Have just tried the above suggestions.
On connecting to virginmedia network i get the following error.

✅ Preparing (finished)
❗ Connecting (failed whilst negotiating)
Following screen says
There is a problem with the connection. (N17)

PS All catch up is failing!
