Catch Up unavailable

Rarely use catch up but when I do I get to watch perhaps 5 or 10 minutes of the programme, then picture freezes and message states Catch up Unavailable. Checked my speed (150 meg) tried resetting the tv box, still the same. Any advice before I get my special hammer out?

Error 319, 3 days to repair, will my bill be reduced to reflect this??

Welcome to the Community, I'm very sorry for the problems you're experiencing with your Catch Up service recently.

 

I've been able to locate your account to run some tests on the set top box from our end and we're not detecting any problems at the moment, I hope this means that things have improved? 

 

If not, reboot the box and get in touch, I'll take another look at this for you right away.
