In the TV Guide any programmes on BBC, ITV, Channel 4 or Channel 5 channels that are available via Catch Up are indicated with an icon (a C in an anticlockwise arrow) but none of the programmes on other channels that are included in Catch Up have this useful icon shown. Please could this be looked at?
Yes that's right not all programs available on Catch up will show the symbol so the best way to check what's available is to go to the By Channel section in Catch up which will show you every channel available and all the content within those channels.
Well basically when you see the Catch up symbol it indicates that it's part of the 7 day Catch Up service. Not everything on Catch Up or On Demand is restricted to 7 days and also some are only accessible through different packages so it would be confusing if everything had the Catch Up symbol especially if that particular program isn't part of the customers package.
The best way to look at what else is available is by going to the Catch Up section on the home page and searching by Channel or day or going to the On Demand section and searching for Box Sets. Alternatively you can use the search and browse if there is a particular program you're trying to find.
