Cannot sign into netflix tried everything

Hi 

We havnt been able to use Netflix for ages now. I have tried everything and all but give in I'm abut to stop subscription.

Works on all devices but not tivo. I conformed passwords even changed email with netflixs. Read to go to Help & Settings/System info/and find netflix but all i can see is another systen info, media key, copyrights and trade marks, and diagnostics.......no netflix.

Any suggestion before I bin Netflix

Thank you for your message and posting for the first time, welcome to the Community Smiley Happy

 

I'm sorry to hear about the login issues with Netflix and the TiVo, I'd like to ask can you see the app itself listed in the all app in the main menu from pressing 'Home' on the TiVo remote?

 

Sometimes the TiVo remote can has a small delay in the letters when pressed, are you able to write the same password in the search bar?
