I have done my username and password but says my password is wrong so I go to change it and it doesn't work and I have been going round in circles for the last hour! I just want to know how much another tv box would be for another room!!
Thanks for your post and apologies to hear you are having an issue signing in to My Virgin Media.
Your best bet is following the Forgotten Password link and entering your security questions. This should allow you to reset the password. If it doesn't work or you get an error message, give us a call on 150 / 0345 454 1111 and the team will be able to do a manual reset
In terms of an additional TV box, it would be £7.50 per month.
