Cancelling Tivo service

Hi everyone This is my first time in the virgin community - I have a tivo box but have been given a freeview box by a friend. I am unable to work so financially it is a saving for me

What kind of notice do I need to give when cancelling my tv service and is it an instant switch-off??

Paul.

Re: Cancelling Tivo service

It depends on where in your contract you are. If you are out of contract it's simpler but if you're in contract then you'd pay the remainder of the contract I think

see http://store.virginmedia.com/the-legal-stuff/terms-and-conditions-for-fibre-optic-services/early-dis...

Also you'll need to ring to arrange it as they can't do it on here

Re: Cancelling Tivo service

Hi     Thanks for answering my query - My package is due for renewal in the middle of april so hopefully it should be fairly straight forward. I want to keep phone and broadband but every penny counts etc.
