Cancelling Tivo and Error 7400

Tivo box has suddenly developed a error 7400 message floating around the screen, I am due to be getting tivo service and V HD service removed any day now. I was told it would take 30 days to come into effect, to be quite honest I can't remember the date I phoned 150 to cancel tv service (possibly end of October) but it must be expiring very soon.

Is this Error 7400 message on the screen the start of my subscription cancelling?

Also I was told when canccelling tivo and v hd service that VM would send me packaging to return these two boxes, I've not had anything delivered yet, any idea when they get sent out?

Update: My tivo subscription now cancelled which is what i was waiting on. When does the packaging arrive so i can return tivo and v hd box?

It probably won't unless you keep chasing by phone. Or at least that was my experience when they sent me equipment I hadn't asked for.
