Can't set up new series links

Whenever I try to set up a new series link, the box just hangs and I end up having to reboot. Does the same when using the iPhone app.

After 40 minutes on the phone to the helpdesk, precisely no help at all.

That's no good then! Have you tried rebooting? That can sort quite a few problems.

Rebooted multiple times, including remotely by the support line person. Also having trouble deleting shows from the hard drive.

When you call tell them you're cancelling your contract. That'll get their attention.
