I'm sorry to hear that your recordings won't play back or delete. I'll be happy to help get this fixed for you.
I have taken a look at your box remotely and currently I am unable to see the hard drive status to determine the cause of this fault. There is possibly a way to fix this without the need for an engineer. If you give our team a call on 150 Free or 0345 454 1111 from any other line we can get this sorted for you.
