Flag for a moderator

Can't get channel 5

The picture is pixelated & breaks up every time I try to watch channel 5 or channel 5+1. I've tried resetting the TIVO box, but this makes no difference

Any ideas?

Have you looked at the VM website?
Sometimes when things like this happen it'll be flagged.

If not phone it in. They may be unaware or it could be an issue with your signal.

I've found that I can view it via the HD channel. I tried to phone, but just kept getting an automated message telling me to reset the box Smiley Happy
