Can't add Sky Sports either online or through Tivo and phone not working

I want to add Sky Sports collection but it says online that I have to call. So I tried through my tivo box and it says I have to call. But my.phone line is dead (engineer visit booked) so I can't call.

 

Why can't I upgrade? I want to spend more money but Virgin Media are making it impossible. Can anyone sort this out?

Hi Cupcake,

 

I'm sorry to hear that you're having trouble ordering Sky Sports at the moment.

 

Do you have a Smart phone?  If so, then you can use our handy App called SmartCall.  It's free to use and uses your Landline package so you can call 150 for Free using your mobile via SmartCall.

 

All the details are in the link.  It's particularly handy as well when your Landline isn't working too so as long as you're connected to WiFi you can call using your Landline minutes.

 

It would be great to hear back how you get on with your Landline getting fixed and getting your Sky Sports added, please keep me posted.
