Can't access on demand

Whenever I try and access on demand movies I get an unavailable message and error code C501. Any tips to fix?

Tried phoning and was on hold for 10 mins and then hung up on.

Very disappointing as just joined Virgin.

Thank you for the time taken to write into us regarding your issue with the On Demand. I'm sorry to read that calling in wasn't the best experience, I hope t doesn't reflect how we'd like to work with you.


I have been looking into the TiVo services and there is good news, the TiVo signal, service levels are working at really good rates so I'd like to ask if this is something that is still happening? If so, can you give the box a reboot and let me know?
